What a month it has been! G.’s tenth month was full of adventures, family, and quite a few kilometres. He enjoyed his last weeks in Austria surrounded by Bibi, Oma, Opa, and Aunty E. with her family. With trips to Wolfgangsee, the Freilichtmuseum Großgmain and the Festungsbahn in Salzburg, as well as plenty of playgrounds, pizza evenings and lazy family days. Then it was time to say goodbye and begin the long journey home. After flying from Munich via Doha and Adelaide, G. finally arrived back in New Zealand, slightly confused about whether it was day or night, but very happy to be home.

Back in New Zealand, there was no time to slow down. G. discovered his new playpen and swing, enjoyed a walk at Kaiteriteri and celebrated turning ten months with a little photoshoot. He is becoming more adventurous and mobile by the day: he has his first tiny tooth, happily explores his surroundings, and has even started climbing the slide stairs all by himself.
